Dear Students,
In connection with the situation regarding the coronavirus epidemic, the documents required by the Immigration Office, issued by the University, will be prepared (until further notice) according to the following principles:
- The student should send an email request to the coordinator to prepare documents at least 10 working days before the date of their submission to the Immigration Office.
This covers such documents as a certificate confirming the admission of a foreigner to full-time studies / Certificate of continuation of full-time studies by a foreigner / and the evaluation charts. - After the documents are prepared and signed, the student will be emailed their scans.
- The original documents will be sent to the Immigration Office by registered mail by the University.
- If you need to submit a letter to the Dean, please fill in the template (New General-application-to-the-Dean), print it out, sign it and send your coordinator a scan or a photo.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that all questions and requests should be sent to the Center for Studies in English by email.
If they relate to the preparation of documents, the student will receive scans of documents, personal collection of the document is not yet possible.
We kindly ask you to comply with the above rule and refrain from coming to the Center for Studies in English at Hallera 1 until further notice.
Best regards,
Anna Szylhabel-Godala
